Brief Job Description:

• Responsible for the over all day to day operation by overseeing and enhancing the value of the property through effective and efficient management.
• Supervise the entire on-site staff and ensure that they are in line with standards
• Must amenable to work in General Luna St, Iloilo City

Qualification:

• At least 2-5 years experience in Property management
• Good communication skill, oral & written, computer literate, organized and has a good customer service skill
• Any 4 year course, Engineering is an advantage
