- Can delegate tasks to team members
- Has excellent guest service skills
- Must be able to manage and supervise
- Must be able to work long hours of repetitive physical tasks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting guests and responding to queries
- Assists the Housekeeping Head
- Ensures the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas
- Assisting in auditing HK inventories
- Oversees activities of Room Attendants
- Inspection and releasing of vacant rooms
- Prepares room attendants worksheet
