QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or any related courses
• Must have 6 months to 1 year experience in Hotel Industry specifically in Sales and Marketing Department
• Must be good in written and communication skills
• Must have selling and negotiation skills
• Candidate must have customer focus, organized, team player and adaptable
• Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office
• Can proficiently work under pressure

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Sales calls on the assigned area
• Solicit leads and prepared Proposal, Contracts and rates according to the client's requirements
• Key Accounts Management
• Assist SSM and HOS to ensure successful operation of Sales Department
