Dragon8 Mall is a six-storey modern shopping center, located on a 5,972sqm corner lot along C.M. Recto and Dagupan Streets of Divisoria, Manila. The prime location of the project will allow the Company to take advantage of the growing demand of “Tiangge” malls in the vicinity. Its renovation and construction only took one year last June 2014. Its much-awaited Grand Opening was launched last June 30, 2015. It started with the mall’s blessing, the traditional Dragon Dance, a concert, and autograph-signing held with famous artists, like James Reid and Nadine Lustre, and ended with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Dagupan Main Entrance.

The Company offers a 16-year leasehold rights and monthly lease for their floors. The over-the-ground and second floors allow commercial units, while the third floor houses the textile, and wedding & debut-related accessories, in addition to other commercial and retail locators. These spaces are solely available for monthly leases. The ground floor houses the grocery anchor tenant Puregold Price Club Inc. and Mercury Drug Store. The shopping center includes a food court area at third floor, which houses the four famous Jollibee Group (Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking and Highlands Coffee), and also small food carts. The 4th to 6th level provides 500 spaces of free parking for the convenience of the shoppers. With its strategic location, the parking area can be easily accessed from Mariones St. and Dagupan St., giving more shopper convenience. Within a year since its grand opening, Dragon8 Mall’s occupancy and customer satisfaction continues to grow as more people experience the modern “tiangge” shopping style.
