QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with license
• Preferrably with at least 3 years of wroking experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Maintenance
• Preferrably with knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities
• Candidate must have good analytical ability and technical knowledge
• Having a Pollution Control Officer training certificate is definitely an advantage
• Preferrably has knowledge in Design and Autocad
• Candidate must be able to speak and write in English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with the requirements and their respective implementing rules and regulations and other pertinent rules and regulations. Monitor compliance to the requirements specifies in the Environmental Compliance Certificate
• Prepare and submit timely of the Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR) and quarterly Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) as required by the DENR/LLDA
• Ensure that the building effluent or wastewater adhere to the passing parameters set by the DENR/LLDA
• Ensure that the building sewage treatment plant equipment's and others are in a top condition. Monitor and ensure that the process for effluent process is strictly followed.
• Ensure that all equipment's of the Sewage Treatment Plant are in excellent working condition which undergoes regular Preventive Maintenance
