QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related course
• Preferrably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel
• Has understanding and can operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and water systems
• Must be systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with keen eye fo details
• Has excellent problem-resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, OPERA System and other relevant sotware/applications
• Has good time management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas
• Immediate response to equipment breakdowns
• Provide in-depth analysis and preparation of well-sound
• Engineering/Technical Reports
