QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with license
• Preferrably with at least 3 years of wroking experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Maintenance
• Preferrably with knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities
• Candidate must have good analytical ability and technical knowledge
• Having a Pollution Control Officer training certificate is definitely an advantage
• Preferrably has knowledge in Design and Autocad
• Candidate must be able to speak and write in English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supervising, checking and monitoring of electrical and mechanical equipment of the mall to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions
