Founded on September 2011, DD HappyHomes’ main objective is to provide housing for the socialize and economic class of the Philippines.  It is intended to cater to the growing demand of housing in the Philippines while keeping it affordable, sustainable and convenient. Currently, DDHH has two projects sited in the island of Visayas.  

DD HappyHomes Mandurriao, with an approximate area of 6.3 hectares, is located in the fast growing district of Mandurriao, Iloilo City. There are a total of 624 lots available for development, and as of May 2016 the company has sold over Php 600.05M of inventory. It offers four variations of units with different house and lot contract packages. Each unit is built upon receipt 10% down payment and can be turned over four to six months from start of construction.

DD HappyHomes Tanauan, the only socialized and economic housing development with complete amenities including swimming pools (adult and kiddie pool), basketball court and clubhouse. It's situated in over 9.9 hectare land area in Leyte. Land development works started last April 2016 and is projected to be completed June 2017 depending on sales velocity. The row houses construction started early June 2016. There are a total of 1,494 units, classified in to three types – Isabella (Inner unit), Catherine (Corner unit) and Donna (Duplex unit). The latter type of house is loftable. Completion of the total development will generate a total revenue of Php 991.30M.
